We design structural plans including framing, wind bracing, and foundation for new homes and additions. Please send us an email with the project address, a brief description of your project, and any architectural plans or dimensioned sketches you may have. We will send you a quote for the engineering design.
We perform a variety of construction inspections and certifications in order to meet your needs or fulfill city requirements, including framing inspections, pre-pour foundation inspections, pier inspections, and many others.
We provide consultation and recommendations for the removal of bearing walls during remodel projects. Where only one or two walls need to be removed, we can usually provide a letter recommending the size and type of beam necessary, which may be required for your building permit. For larger or more complicated projects, plans may be required.
